Annual Consulting Membership - $3,300
Gain access to Twilight Legal Consulting's vast knowledge for a flat annual fee of $3,300.00. The annual membership provides you the ability to communicate with Ms. Wilson via email or telephone for up to 12 hours per year. This is a 20% discount off our attorney's hourly consulting rate. Should you exceed this 12 hour allotment prior to the expiration of the one-year term, an additional 12 hours may be purchased for the remainder of the one-year term at the $3,300.00 rate, or you can switch to an hourly billing cycle at our regular $350.00 per hour rate, billed in 15 minute increments. Any hours not used within the one-year term expire, they are not refunded and are not carried forward into a new year. Twilight Legal Consulting will not act as your co-counsel, but will consult with you on best planning practices, best drafting practices, best application practices, etc.
Co-Counseling - $3,500
Retain Twilight Legal Consulting as your co-counsel for a flat fee of $3,500 per case, paid on a case-by-case basis. You remain the point of contact and communication with your client. Twilight Legal Services acts as your back office, analyzing the client's financial situation, developing the asset planning strategy, drafting documents, and preparing application packets for government benefits, as needed. Twilight Legal Consulting manages the process, performs the analysis, and undertakes many of the legal tasks on your behalf, while also overseeing the tasks handled by your staff.
